Alcoholic Beverages
It shall be unlawful for any person to possess in an open container or consume any alcoholic beverage on any public street, highway, alley, sidewalk, parking lot, boardwalk or public beach or in vehicles upon any of the public streets, avenues, alleys and parking lots, within the corporate limits of Ocean City.

Any person violating this ordinance shall, upon conviction by a court of competent jurisdiction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 and/or imprisonment for a term not to exceed three months, or both.
