Seasonal Data Entry Clerk

The Records Section operates under the direction of the Services Division of the Ocean City Police Department. It is the funneling point for all information collected by the department. Data Entry Clerks are responsible for receiving, processing and entering criminal reports, accident reports, traffic citations, civil and municipal citations, warnings, and safety equipment repair orders in to a central Records Management System.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be 17 1/2 years old, and;
  • Graduate High School by June of the year in which employment begins, and;
  • Valid Driver's License (copy of 3 year drving record may be required),and;
  • Computer literate with excellent public service skills

Application Process

  • Seasonal employment ends in late September to early October
  • Applications will be accepted until positions are filled

$11.94 per hour
